Product Description
Typically, the first mixer extruder runs at high speed for better mixing and higher output. The second extruder needs to be a larger diameter, low-speed single screw extruder.
The low screw speed avoids excessive shear, and the internal cooling system of the screw avoids overheating and strong heat exchange capacity.
The separation of functions allows operators to perform more flexible and predictable mixing processes and temperature control.
