Die-face water ring pelletizing is suitable for most filled or unfilled thermoplastic materials. Because a water ring is formed around the die, the die does not contact the cooling water. This feature ensures uniform die temperature, so that even at low output, the die discharge remains very uniform and normal. Due to the use of a die-face hot-cutting system, not only is the appearance of the material particles smooth and beautiful, but also because the granules are immediately introduced into the cooling water ring after being cut, the equipment structure is compact, and the floor space of the equipment is reduced. The equipment configuration of this process is relatively simple: pelletizer, dehydrator, pneumatic conveying system and hopper. Users can also choose a fluidized bed according to process needs.
Vibrating screen and other equipment. The die-face water ring pelletizing system includes a vertical water ring pelletizing system and a horizontal water ring pelletizing system. The standard configuration of the equipment includes a pelletizer and a three-stage pneumatic conveying system vibrating screen. Because the system adopts a modular design, users can also choose a two-stage pneumatic conveying system and fluidized bed cooling according to process requirements.
