The production of large-diameter pipe materials requires a large amount of plastic raw material to be extruded uniformly in a short time, ensuring the density and strength of the pipe material. By optimizing the screw structure and drive system, the screw extrusion unit can generate sufficient extrusion pressure, allowing the plastic raw materials to be fully plasticized and quickly extruded in the barrel, forming the required pipe material billet. Tests show that this unit can stably produce large-diameter pipe materials with a diameter of up to [X] meters, meeting the project's special requirements for pipe material dimensions.
Precise mold control technology is another highlight of the screw extrusion unit. In the pipe material production process, the mold directly determines the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the pipe material. The unit is equipped with an advanced mold control system that can monitor the mold's temperature, pressure, and other parameters in real-time and automatically adjust them according to the production situation, ensuring the stability of the mold throughout the production process. Through this precise control, the produced large-diameter pipe materials have uniform wall thickness, with errors controlled within a very small range, fully meeting the project's strict engineering standards. In addition, the screw extrusion unit has a high degree of automation, achieving continuous operation of the production process. From the feeding, plasticization, and extrusion of plastic raw materials to the cooling and cutting of the pipe materials, the entire process is controlled by an automated system, reducing manual intervention, improving production efficiency, and lowering production costs. During project implementation, the screw extrusion unit operated continuously for 24 hours, producing a large number of large-diameter pipe materials daily, effectively shortening the project's construction cycle and ensuring that the municipal water supply project could be completed and put into use on time.
